Effekten p\u00e5 pr\u00e6station var mere blandet. Hvis pauser kun er noget, man tager, n\u00e5r man f\u00f8ler, man har tid, forsvinder de let. Det er bedre at knytte dem til arbejdets rytme, for eksempel mellem m\u00f8der eller efter l\u00e6ngere koncentrationsarbejde.
